How do I upload sketches from a Mac? The serial port isn't detected.

Short answer: Install the CH340 USB-serial drivers from the Source Files section of the mePed v2 page, and select Arduino Nano.

Question · naher · May 2017
I'm starting to program on the meped2,
I downloaded the lates arduino software 1.8.2 and tried couple of times, but it seems the arduino software can't upload the generated binaries.
I just wanted to check if you can send me some details, I'm selecting Arduino Nano and tried both processors ATMega168 and ATMega328.
But it looks like the problem is that on a mac I probably don't have the right drivers to detect the serial port.
Would you have a suggestion for the right drivers on mac?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Naher,

Drivers for Mac computers can be found on our website: http://www.meped.io/mepedv2. At the bottom of the page under the Source Files section you'll find drivers for your computer. We recently updated to a newer version of the Mac drivers as it was brought to our attention that the old drivers we had posted didn't work well with all version of Mac OS.

Thanks,
Scott Pierce
